"Noooooo!! The older lady needs re-training on the board level or she's using someone else's license because there's no way she should be doing this type of work. She was rushing me to take off my shoes but hadn't got the tub ready plus no color salt at all then as soon as I put my feet in she grabs one and starts grabbing cotton balls but I don't have any polish on them she realizes it and starts cutting down not asking me telling me but I wanted cut down not chop down and to make matters worse she grabs the cuticle cutter and goes from supposedly doing that to using it to cut my nails jagged and crooked and into the nail bed so I had to stop her. Then she becomes argumentative and it was over for me I stopped her. I paid then she says, "I shouldn't have came so late," excuse me 6:20 is late but you close at 7:30/8 and no one is there but a lady getting a Pedi too. And this unprofessional older lady had sloppily rushed and skipped that the other lady wasn't even polishing the prior customer and she was saying I was done mind you when I came in she was at the trimming and grooming stage of the Pedi. I left with one foot jagged with dead skin and the other partial but it's a lesson learned."
