"These ladies braided my daughter's hair. She is half Hispanic and half black with THICK and long curly hair. We came washed and blowdryed out, and they were able to do her hair in 3 hours. They did not braid tight and my 8 year old loved her hair and wants to go back! I'm super impressed because my daughter does not like other people to do her hair but the ladies at the salon were gentle and very nice."

"To put it simply, my experience with the Windcrest location for my braided styles has been consistently disappointing. I've given them multiple chances, but they've let me down each time. I've tried different stylists, thinking it might be a skill issue, but the root of the problem seems to be poor customer service. The braiders are pleasant but the delivery and quality is not. The first two times, the styles were far from what I had asked for, and there was minimal effort to rectify the situation. On the third visit, my braids started falling out just two days later, and despite my attempts to resolve the issue both while I was out of town and upon returning, there was no satisfactory resolution. I've spent a significant amount of money on these services, and the subpar quality is unacceptable. I won't be returning to any of the Kady's salon, as my experiences have left me thoroughly dissatisfied."

Today I received my braids which are okay but the problem stems from the service provider, through the course of braiding my hair this lady was more concerned with her phone then actually completing the task. At the end before time to pay I had questions regarding the price instead of listening to the question she felt the need to argue or talk over me. I paid left will not be back"
