"I have been coming to Yen for over 14 years, some times to other technicians if I didn’t have an appointment. Always friendly, relaxed, offers water, love the chair massage. I am rough on my nails-gardening, projects. I always feel like a new person and so appreciate the quality of the service.. The technician always clean the bowl between clients, wear masks. I come all times of the week and I have never seen an angry or upset client. I have seen some rude behavior. If a rating is old or repeats what others have said, I do not trust them. This shop has been my go to place, Took my grandchildren, my visitors. David, Yen, older technician (sorry forgot name) are the best). The bad reviews sound like a whack job to me. Give this shop a try! I am back in town and will be there tomorrow."

"I've been coming here at least once a month for the past year for a basic pedicure and I've never had any issues. Normally I go in on Sundays and if no one is available they give me a time to come back and sign in at the desk. I live very close so I don't mind driving back."

"I got my nails done Wednesday Nov. 13th. By Sunday Nov. 17th my nails started chipping. They are supposed to be Shelac that last at least 2 weeks. When I called this morning to let them know, I was offered to come in and have them redone for free (I am out of town with work til Thanksgiving) I was told that I could get a discount next time I come in. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Not my fault nails were not done correctly and definitely not my fault I cant come back today or tomorrow. Nails should be done for free. TAKE ADVICE OF REVIEWS! I should have and did not. BEWARE!!!!"

"I don’t usually post reviews but I felt I needed to given the gravity of the situation. I also would hate for someone else to experience what experienced at this establishment. My time at O’Connor Nails & Spa was spent with David doing my nails. It was at my 3rd or 4th visit with him that I began to notice a green tinge on my nail. When I questioned David about it, he told me that it was from moisture and it would be fine, then he proceeded with my fill. It was after this last visit that I noticed my nails had an odor. I went to another nail salon to have my nails removed and I saw what you all see in the pictures. I have NEVER encountered anything like this the 20 years I have been getting my nails done! Now before I went to another salon, I actually went back to O’Connor Nail & Spa to see Yen (whom I had appointment with). Only to arrive prior to my appointment time to be told by David that Yen is too busy to do my nails! As I sat there waiting for my Moms nails to be done, Yen sat in the back room with several other ladies. There was one other customer and my mother getting their nails done BUT Yen was too busy to attend to a SCHEDULED appointment! Please do not be fooled by this place. I was for a few months and unfortunately it took mold to be on my nails and unprofessional staff for me to come to my senses! The powder that was used on my nails was of poor quality and they do not clean their instruments between clients! Hope this message touches and resonates with many of you because it is not worth the health of your nails!"
