Four Star Nails

"Terrible service. I pointed out nails were thin, uneven, and had a bumpy texture and the person added acrylic to one of them but made no difference. Work station and manicure tools not sanitized properly"

"Chair 5 did horrible service, was not satisfied could not do something as simple as an overlay correct. Do not recommend this place!! If I could give it zero stars I would. 1st and last time here, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else."

"I got a pedicure on Friday and it was poorly done. I had to tell her that she missed my cuticles. Then, she cut my ankle with the file. She was unprofessional and had an attitude. I spoke with the owner and he told me to come back Sunday to get it fixed by the Mother N Law. I go back Sunday, just for her to CUT ME ON MY OTHER ANKLE!! I said, "Great, now you cut me too!" This shop clearly doesn't pay attention to their clients, or their work performance. I will DEFINITELY not be returning, especially AFTER I gave you all a chance to correct the mistakes and the unprofessionalism."

"I went in and got a manicure and a pedicure the pedicure was fine, but when I went to do the manicure I asked for a sunflower design showed her a picture and she said she could do it so I told her great that’s what I want. Then after she started I noticed the nails are not coffin shaped like I asked and she then asked if I wanted some shiny foil pattern instead of the flowers we agreed to!!!! I said I wanted the flowers and she just kept saying this is pretty, and by then I already had my nails damn near done and I was already not satisfied with the shape and they had already charged me over $100 dollars for something I don’t like and I am ready to go home!!! I have been here before and usually like their work but after today I definitely will not be going back ever again."

"Tony was extremely rude to me and my boyfriend when we tried to receive a refund on these nails. Despite the result being far from what I asked for, Tony dismissed us constantly. There are much better, much cheaper places to go than this place. They made me bleed, cry, and pay $80 for this, also knowing the nails were for my 21st birthday."
