"Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had & it took a very long time. He didn’t do any cleaning under my toes or clipping any of the dead skin. Cut one of my big toenails too short. The other big toenail is jagged & not smooth. He seemed nice and the massage part was good. And now I know why there was a 30% off coupon for the 10-3 weekday timeframe."
"I came to walmart nail port express on christmas eve and Sophia was able to do my nails! She did an amazing job and copy and pasted my photo inspo. She was also fast and super nice, definitely recommend to anyone thinking about coming."
"They charged my card twice once for the amount for my toes at $56.00 later on my card was charged $156.00 a total of $212.00 for my toes. They are not answering my calls are messages. I filed a dispute with my bank! DO NOT GO THERE! ****update*** They were able to fix my issues and it was an error that they corrected quickly! Thank you Sophie and the gentleman that called the bank and helped me!"
"Found this little salon on Google & based on their reviews, decided to try them out. I had no idea it was in a Walmart but decided to give them a try anyway. I wanted a basic mani/pedi with my own polish, which they were both mediocre at best. I could've done this myself at home for free instead of paying $60 ($55 for service, $1 card machine fee, & $4 tip). The tech who serviced me did both, & this review has nothing to do with her at all (she was friendly & we chatted easily). But I did have to ask for my cuticles to be trimmed only after the top coat was drying... & I just now noticed there's a dig into the polish from the tech's own manicured nail... Smh. Overall this place doesn't really blow my socks off like a Luxx Nail Bar does... Not likely I'll be coming back. Update: I went back in to ask if they could fix it or remove it all & do a full set with a white V french tip & wanted to charge me an extra $50... I said absolutely not. It was bad enough I got charged for the terrible job that was done before, now they wanna charge me more? Doesn't make sense. Pissed I wasted my hard earned money on this place."
"Hugh and Helen are absolutely WONDERFUL and do everything they can to be accommodating and friendly. Sometimes they get busy so setting an appointment is ideal (which is typical for a good salon)! They are attentive and consistently perform quality work, my entire family comes here and we continue to come back. I have tried nail salons all across the city and this salon never disappoints! They have tons of colors in both powder and shellac. Helen is also an amazing nail artist— she can do literally anything!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-done nail service."
