"I brought my daughter here to get highlights for her 16th birthday present. She wanted dark red and brown highlights and showed the exact picture she wanted. Her hair came out pink and orange. It was horrible, she cried the whole way home. I had to buy Walmart box dye to fix her hair, which is ironic because while we were there, the hairdressers were bad mouthing their clients who do their own hair at home and saying, "That's why they are the professionals." I really wish we just did her hair at home, because it turned out so much better than what they did. When I called the next day to see how we could rectify the situation I was offered either a free trim or a refund on the box dye, which both were not nearly equal to the cost of how much I spent. Save yourself money and grief and don't go to these "professionals"!"
