"One person working on a morning shift. Plenty of people fill up the seats for there to only be ONE person working. Lady did a mid touch up on my eyebrows no plucking, cutting or getting a good clean up on my eyebrows. I expect better even if it’s just eyebrows. People pay their money for for your business. Give them a reason to come back. Never again so sad my original eyebrow lady does not work sundays. This was my last resort."
"Person in shop solo on Sunday was not personable. Walked in and no hello and welcome. There was no other staff or customers in the shop. As session began, I noticed movie seemed to be R rating. I asked about movie showing, if there was any stoning or violence I should be concerned with because I had small kids with me. She said no, but then I could hear scuffling and shouting. I ended up ending session and paying full price"
