"I would not recommend this place. Take your money and time somewhere else. I got a pedicure and full set. I was at the salon from 6:15-8:30. I initially requested that the full set occur at the same time as the pedicure (this did not happen). The pedicure was okay, I had the front desk doing my pedicure. She was not focused and had several other tasks to attend to other than my toes. I also noticed she did not use the cuticle clipper from the sanitize pouch, she used her personal one from her kit (in this moment I said a quick prayer for no foot infection). My pedicure took an over. She also forgot cuticle oil and lotion. My full set SUCKS. It’s already lifting (pictures attached). THREE people worked on my full set. The results are horrible. I wish I saved my $65 for another place. I was there until 8:30 (they closed at 7:30) when Ron wrapped up my nails. He seemed like the most experienced out of the three working on my nails. Bin was very slow and seemed inexperienced. The guy who applied the color powder was a newbie. I would never come back. If you are choosing this salon, I highly recommend you request Ron or go somewhere else. This is not worth your money or time. Update- I returned the next day after the appointment, I was told I would receive a refund when I called and told them about my situation. Upon arrival I was only offered a fix to the nails and no refund (I did not have the time for a correction or I only went for the refund). 10/10 nails are lifted from the extension. I have never had this happen to me. Worst full set ever. Worst customer service ever."

"I have been going here for about 10 years now and I absolutely love this team! They have truly seen me grow into an adult. Ron is my main man & does incredible detailed work. I can always trust him with anything whether it’s picking my color or giving me the best pedicure when my feet aren’t at their best. I’ve grown to really know and love this team. If you want a community oriented nail spa this is your place. They exceed expectations within all of the services they offer!"

"I’m really sad to have to leave this review, but this place really is very “hit or miss.” The experience may be wonderful one time and not the next, or you may enjoy one service but the other is not worth the money. Today I finally had it and this will be my last visit. I received an acrylic fill and a hot stone pedicure. My pedicure was TERRIBLE. My nails were not trimmed down, nor were my cuticles or the dead skin surrounding. The paint is so sloppy I genuinely just want to have it removed. This service took over two hours to complete and the poor kid who did it looked clueless about what he was doing the entire time. For almost $90, you’d think they would do a better job or at least have someone walking by to check the work quality. Their counter says no refunds, but who wants to stay an additional two hours to have their pedicure redone? I would’ve even been happy with some sort of discount, but I shouldn’t be paying this kind of money for a pedicure that looks like it was done by a child."

"VIP nails is the spot in Stone Oak to do nails! They do THE BEST dip French nails in the Stone Oak area I’ve visited! Other places literally will paint on the white part or try to get me to do acrylic instead. I get mine done with clear and I get tons of compliments. Pedis are on point too! Decent massages, nails and cuticles look really nice after. Been going here about a year and I’ll def be continuing the trend 2024."
