"Nails will pop off after two days. Too expensive to not be secure. If i could give zero stars I would. First time in salon. Went on a who My observations were as nail tech was gluing tips it was almost to the tip of my nail and I worried that they would pop off. A nail or two did pop off even before applying acrylic. Prep didnt even appear good. Cuticles flooded, high apex. But mainly im not even a week out and ive lost 5 nails, extreme lifting. Not being rough with my nails. Combination of prep and products im assuming. I have been getting my nails done forever. I understand the process. The nails ive losted are smooth on the nail itself which indicates poor prep and products. I am used to nails lasting 4-5 weeks. I called because I want my money back they told me to go in. Even then I highly doubt they would honor and instead blame me. Holly the owner hung up on me."
