"Initial visit- Lash Tech had zero conversation with me during the Session. Instead she was watching or listening to a show on her phone. 2nd visit- Lash Tech took 30 mins to do my fill and then it only lasted less than one week. I decided to give them another try. So 3rd visit- was the icing on the cake! I was turned away due to bringing my 6 year old daughter and was never told I couldn’t bring toddlers. I’ve been able to bring my kids to other Lash Techs before. My daughter does nothing but sit, remain silent, and is busy on her tablet so she can at least be with me still They had to cancel my appt and I ended up just cancelling my membership too. I’d understand a newborn or rowdy child, but my daughter is well mannered. I have decided to go back to my old Lash Tech and will keep going there now. I have had no issues. Unfortunately, they just don’t offer Mega Volume which is why I even went here to begin with."
