I’m unsure the name of the barber but she had glasses and she was an older lady. Not only did she not do what I asked for she cut 2-3 inches off my head which left me very upset, and I beg the question how did she even get this job? If you have curly hair of any kind I beg you not to go to this great clips just save up some more money and go to a barbershop so they don’t mess up your hair like how they messed up mine."
