"I had to find a new place to get my eyebrows done since just moving to the area. So glad I tried it out. I love Hannah! Even brought my mom in. Haven't had a chance to get my pedi done but I always hear the girls in there talking about how much they love their nails! Super clean. Super friendly staff. Never a long wait."
"So here’s the thing; you get what you paid for. The facility is beautiful, but don’t look at anything for too long or you’ll notice where they aren’t keeping up with certain things. I’ve been once for a mani - which I got there late so I stayed past closing, but they waited 20minutes to start my soak off, so. The tech was super nice, but seemed like she wasn’t in a rush to finish the service. This is the kind of place that files around your cuticle a lot so you need a fill sooner and boy did it take because these photos are taken 1 week after getting them done. Plus one of my nails started lifting after 3 days. 2.5/5. I’ve also gone for a pedi and brows - pedicure was relaxing except the water was cold and I prefer more massage on the feet than the legs but it was fine. I didn’t get any color so proceed at your own risk. 3/5 The brows however…no go for me. Separately, they look fine, but they are certainly more cousins than sisters. I also had to tell the tech multiple times about hairs she missed. Not to mention the room looked unsanitary and it all seemed very rushed. 2/5 But keep in mind: my nails were $60, pedicure $55 and eyebrows $5. I felt like I got what I paid for. Except for the pedi, if you pay $55 for a pedicure the least they could do is make the water hot. Good luck. Update: this is a reply to the reply I received from the shop. Firstly: I did ask for hotter water while I was getting my pedicure and the gentleman laughed and turned the temp up but the tub was already full after I asked twice. Secondly: I should not have to come back after a few days to fix an issue that should not have happened in the first place if the work was done professionally. I find your response condescending in that regard. Thirdly, putting parchment paper on a dirty bed doesn’t make a room sanitary, nor does it excuse the bad job that was done to my brows."
"Stacey the owner is very friendly with everyone Iv brought my daughter and friends here to get pedicures and nails done, we have always be treated nice, drinks always being offered by Stacey her self. Most of her team is also always friendly, Iv been coming here since 2020 and have always been happy with my results. My daughter has tried going elsewhere but none have beat the quality of nails done here."
"Feet look way better than when I first came here. I recommend Hanna. She’s very nice and exceeds the expectations! Thank you Hanna. See you next month!"
