"Best eyebrow threading ever!!! So professional I love it"

"I hate to leave a bad review when I LOVE using this location and the one off 281 & Evans to get my brows threaded. I came in to get my brows threaded and my upper lip waxed right before date night. Well the lady who waxed my upper lip kept re-waxing the same areas to remove small hairs . (All the other sweet ladies in the past would always thread the smaller hairs the wax could not get and would always ask if it was okay to do so and of course I never minded it.) Well I left with my skin ripped off around my mouth and ripped skin around my eye area. The area around my mouth burned all night and near my eyes. This isn’t okay. As a professional and someone with a license to do these services I feel like this could’ve easily been avoided had she not been threading too hard against my skin and re-waxing the same area more than once. Please be careful who you let thread/wax your face. I attached photos below. This was the following day as said before I had a night out and went home and got dressed!"

"I had a horrible experience! I went to the Thousand Oaks location first. I was told they could not do a lash lift there and to go to the location inside HEB. I arrived at that location saying I wanted a lash lift and that the manager said she would give me a discount from the Groupon price because of the inconvenience. The lady asked if I would like anything else I said sure eyebrow threading. She suggested whole face, I said okay. But then proceeded to wax my nose (??). We started the lash lift and I stated I needed to be done by a certain time. I said maybe I should come back, and she said no I can do it. She also had suggested getting lash tint and I said no my lashes are ALREADY BLACK. She DID IT ANYWAY. I kept asking the time and when it was 10 minutes past when I needed to leave she applied the tint. I said what are you doing? She then Proceeded to charge me for the Nose wax I did not ask for and the tint. Not to mention my lash lift did not even work. I have had numerous lash lifts and they have turned out beautiful. I paid $75 and the only thing I’m happy with are my eyebrows. STAY AWAY FROM BEAUTY SECRETS"
