"Whoever the man working on Friday, February 16 between 4pm and 5pm needs to be fired. First, I needed to say 1 inch on the sides and back multiple times before he understood. I said trim the top leaving as much length as possible. He cut one side extremely short and left the other long. Now my hair won't stay down when I comb it. He has no clue what he's doing. The top is completely uneven, and now I'll have to wait months to fix it. THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED. The worst part is that he left it a mess when I left so I didn't notice until I got back home. It's bad enough for a lawsuit."

"There is a reason why appointments are offered and why an individual books an appointment. This allows both parties to plan around otherwise busy schedules to allocate time for services. I booked an appointment today, showed up at the appointment time and was told there are 2 people ahead of me. No worries if there is a small wait or maybe 1 person ahead of me, but this was unacceptable, wasted 30 minutes of my day driving to and from the location and the salon's problem was made into my own. Poor customer service. Why even offer an appointment time then?"

"I went there today. I have long curly hair. Just wanted a trim to remove split ends. The young girl cut my hair. She didn't cut the sides just the bottom of the back. When I got home and checked the sides were longer than the back. And the top half of the back was not touched. She said she removed 2 in of hair but that was only the lower back. When I put it in a tail it looks super weird and I'm actually very embarrassed. Switched to this location from Alamo heights area thinking it would be better. I'm disappointed and now I'll have to find another hair cut place tomorrow to fix her mistake."
