"The service and attitudes of the staff have really gone down hill. They openly and actively make fun of customers, throw dirty looks at customers, and I shopped for large items and they don't provide bags. This is a high crime area so you can't just walk around with open clothes. On top of that, I arrived there from Target, and had things I had purchased already. I thought since they have a no bag policy that they would have a secure place for customers to put things purchased outside of the store. The girl manning the dressing rooms said she had a place no o e would see. She left it out open on a shelf in front t of everyone in the store, and walked away multiple times with zero regard. When I check to see if my rhi is were still there after trying on Clothes she snapped at me for double checking other patrons hadn't nabbed my brand new items. I told her I have every right to check. She just glared some more. The cashiers just laughed when I found out there are no bags at checkout, so I would have to carry my stuff. I really can't stand how ugly so many people behaved. They are more interested in eachother socially than doing their job. Super degrading experience today."

"Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 stars. Reason is they had signs posted all over the store promoting Men’s shirts 30% off but when I was rung up I was told “oh those signs are old, we’re not doing that anymore” and refused to honor the deal. Very deceptive. They’re also bribing people to leave positive Google reviews in exchange for 5% off your purchase which they also conveniently forgot to give me. I’ll still shop here but be VERY aware of the deceptive promotions!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Awesome selection and prices cannot be best. Lots of great brands to select from. Fun store to shop!"

"The assistant manager Crystal was so accommodating and empathetic when I told her I needed to sell my clothes that night because of a car ride situation. She was firm and professional in telling me how she was backed up but when she realized I was in a rough position, she helped me out. This location had lots of new merchandise in really good condition. I’ll definitely come back here to sell/shop."

"There was a lot of really good brands with high quality clothes here selling them at a good price. I think I got a few pac sun jeans for under $20 to make my senoir jeans, which usually they would be closer to $40. Jabari was a HUGE help while I was there, he new the store really well and was able to help my friends and I find the things we were looking for. He also seemed to do a good job managing the line well when everyone wanted to try on their clothes. Do recommend going!"
