"We’ve been with Emily for over two years now. My 15 year old daughter and myself followed her when she moved to this new location. We love the new place so much. We drive all the way from La Vernia. While being under a new owner they now offer many new services! Last time we were in for our hair, that Emily rocked BTW, we also got manicures and pedicures. We can’t wait to try all the other services they have to offer!"
"Hidden Beautie inside of the formally known Ann's Nails is under new management and offers many services from hair, nails, lashes, waxing and massages. They provide excellent customer service, highly trained technicians who are friendly and professional. The salon is clean, inviting and relaxing. Go get pampered and check it out for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Emily is a doll and takes pride in her new salon and services."
"First and last time coming here. Went for an eyebrow/upper lip wax . left with one eyebrow way thinner than the other and irritated skin from repeatedly waxing over the same area. I did not dare complete the upper lip.Lady told me she really doesn’t deal with wax after the fact. Definitely wouldn’t have gone if she told me this prior. I think the right thing to do would be at least tell the customer you are inexperienced in the beginning."
"I went in for a "soak" off and it took about an hour for the lady to remove my acrylics... She sat me down took a fake nail and was forcing my acrylics to come off.... I told her it was hurting and she kept going I then asked if we can soak my nails for a little bit and she then soaked two of my fingers in a clear Chemical ....and continued to use the fake acrylic to try and lift off my acrylics..... I ended up leaving with two fingers that were bleeding and botched cut nails. My middle finger nail is splitting down the middle and my thumb nail is ripped at a corner.. oh and she noticed my thumb nail was ripping off the corner and she suggested to put acrylic glue on it!!! As I was paying one sweet lady write on a card that I could get a $10 paraffin pedicure.... Unfortunately I won't go back .....I've never had this experience with a "soak"" off"
"My sister and I were looking for a relaxing girls day and decided to get our nails done. We were greeted by one lady who was very nice. She attempted to get us both started with a pedicure. I was seated in a chair that did not work (already a bad sign). Another lady showed up to help out. They were both very nice, however, their work could not have been any further from their personalities. My toes were cut too short and uneven (I will probably get a tonail problem). She started my nails and I could tell she was annoyed that I asked for 5 different colors. My nails were filed uneven and the shapes and lengths do not match. In addition, she painted the gel on my skin and some areas of nails are visible without any polish. I will not be visiting this establishment again and I regret giving a tip. I could have painted my nails better without having to pay $100. I wish I could give 0 stars."
