"No stars. I had to choose one in order to be able to post. Took my mom for a perm and it was a waste of time. There was no perm at all the next day. She rescheduled me for 7 days later to re-do it. When I got there she did not have the supplies. HAD to go back the next day and when she was done with my mom her whole back was wet. She wanted to blow dry it which would have taken hours. Luckily she had taken off the hoodie she was wearing and had to wear that and take off her wet blouse but her underclothes were all wet. Never go there!!"

"I sent my daughter in to get her hair done for Christmas.. I used Groupon as well. Big mistake, Huge! My daughter asked for a Bob cut and the stylist told her no, that' she's just guna do a face frame. High lights cut and style.. Big lies. My daughter was very unhappy with her service and her hair. I had to take her to another place where they did her hair the way SHE WANTED IT.. Not only that the lady took 2 hours to do her hair, left her under the dryer for longer then supposed too and She bleached my daughter's shirt cause she was sloppy.. I don't recommend this place AT ALL!!"
