"Unfortunately the salon is just not reliable for getting an appointment and actually having it be followed through. The two times that I've had my haircut. The service has been great. However, I've had two experiences where I've arrived for my appointment and nobody's been there. And outside of those experiences, I've had at least three appointments canceled/ rescheduled and it's just really hard to get an appointment that works for my schedule and have them follow through. So unfortunately, despite the good service, it's time to find a new salon for me."
