"I paid $75 for the removal of a 4mm by 3 mm brown spot in December. It is February now and I still have the brown spot and I now have an indentation and a brown spot. The result is a scar. I do not recommend the brown spot laser removal. They created a bigger problem for me."

"When I first walked in the girl was very welcoming and she did my brows told her I like how they were I just want a clean up then she offered color for my brows I respectfully said no thank you then she asked if I wanted to buy the product for brows I respectfully said no again once I paid I said thank you and she didn’t say nothing which I found pretty rude and bad customer service that’s why I didn’t tip her . Maybe next time the customer service will be a lot more better . Plus I’m not satisfied with the way my brows look 11.00$ wow !!!!!"

"I usually get my eyebrows threaded sometimes I’ll get a full face threading. Either way, I’m very satisfied after. My eyebrows always look good! Except this one time, there was a younger lady working there, she left my eyebrows super thin. I just stay away from her. But the other lady’s do a really good job. I take my son there to get his eyebrows done. They do a really great job too. I’m thinking about trying a lash lift.... hopefully it’s worth it."
