"Barking at the customer about taking their bagged, paid for items (cc had been approved) where the bagging location is, and then offering no explanation of why when asked for clarification except for “the customer isn’t allowed to touch there” is no way to treat your customers, Jesus. Making them feel like they’re doing something wrong when they absolutely are not… is why I’m writing this review. The cashier was aggressive and short for absolutely no reason. The baggage area is closer to my hands and cart than the 2 ft wide counter inches next to it. Make a sign if it’s THAT big of a deal. Almost laughable the seriousness of this guy holding a boundary with such roughness that customers couldn’t possibly know. Be kind."

"Extremely slow service. Staff does not know how to run prescriptions through insurance. Every time the pharmacy says insurance rejected however insurance shows no issues on its end. Pharmacy needs to be told to retry and it works. Service during pickup is very slow as well. Instructions are sometimes not provided when dispensing the prescription medicine as well."

"Edit: the store manager called, explained the situation, and apologized: they've had issues with staffing and they said they'll handle process problems better in the future. Original review: Pharmacy pickup is a mess. They'll arbitrarily close indoor pickup and not put up a sign outside to the effect, resulting in frustration, lost time, wasted gas waiting in the drive through. Please do better - medication pickup should be way easier."

"USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY! Wow, I really try not being “that” person, and I get that sometimes we have off days, but everyday for over 6 months (if not longer) is not acceptable. At a certain point someone has to realize there is a major problem with the pharmacy. It’s been so disorganized for such a long time I feel like they think it’s normal to have +10 people waiting for over an hour. Absolutely insane wait times. Love the staff but man, what a continuous nightmare."
