"I was very disappointed in my shampoo and cut today. *important to note that they charge +$10 for hair below your shoulders* while other locations don’t. I usually go to another Supercuts but I was close by and stopped here. I have wavy hair and typically when shampooed the stylist will use a leave in conditioner for frizz, she didn’t even offer it. I know it’s not a “have to do” but I don't usually leave with my hair all frizzy, especially when I’m paying extra for you to do a simple trim - which isn’t impacted by length. Hard to tell how the cut looks with my hair frizzing up, so I’ll have to condition it and see how it looks tomorrow to decide if it’s a decent cut or not. The stylist did not seem very confident as she moved very slowly and felt like she was stumbling around with her hands. I left a decent tip for her time but I won’t be back, sticking with who I know from now on."

"First time getting haircut at this Supercuts and definitely the last. Overall the haircut is whatever I could probably get a better cut at great clips. The service sucked, my hair was constantly getting tugged/pulled out by the stylist clippers (probably because she doesn’t clean them) I walked out of the store with so much loose hair it was honestly gross. My stylist made no attempt at blowing the cut hair off my head. The cut I requested is not even close to what I got she took WAY to much off everywhere and when I noticed it was to late. (She had me facing away from the mirror) Go here at your own risk but choose your stylist carefully. I got…well I asked for a mid fade, a tiny bit off the top and thin hard part and it was 30 dollars!"
