"Went to get a trim around 9 am,Vanessa was the one to cut my hair. When I left I noticed that my hair was cut way shorter underneath the rest of my hair."

"No waiting at this location, and The Stylist that cut my hair was very nice. My only complaint would be that I asked her to take 6" off of the length of my hair. I repeated 6 " several times, and showed her exactly where to cut to. When she had said she was finished, my husband then came over and again physically showed her exactly where it should be cut to, as she has not shortened it enough. Alas, it was not to be. She cut no more than MAYBE two inches off the back. This ended up being a hair trim, not a hair cut. I just wish she would have cut it to the length as described and shown to her several times. I should have persisted in my requests, to ensure that she completed the cut to my requirements. P.S. I graciously tipped the stylist for her time and efforts, even though she missed the mark overall. Kindness goes a long way, and is probably the main factor shown to me in my considering a return to this location in the future."

"Excellent salon for family! Over ten years that my husband found this salon and enjoyed his haircut from Lydia plus her good nature personality. Then I along with my 92 year old mother and grandsons had our hair services with her or another staff member. Definitely became a family affair! The staff over all is very efficient and greet you with a smile. When they have many customers, please have patience waiting because they do quality work and that's what we want, right."
