"I’ve tried to give this business the benefit of a doubt because it’s a very convenient location for me and sometimes I’m too lazy to go to the places i know are good so I’ve gotten pedicures here about 5 times since it opened, months apart. I’ve always come home disappointed. The staff is very friendly but every time I get a pedicure they’re too rough with the tools. This time I came home with skin peeling off the bottom of my foot, not callous, the kind of skin that’s painful when you pull on it like they went too deep with the cheese grater. The time before this they scraped the side of my foot with the file. The time before that they clipped my big toe in a way that made it grow back ingrown. I have nice feet and I don’t have these problems at other places. It’s like they intentionally mess up your feet so you have to go back more often."
