"The blonde lady was very nice, quick yet did good job. The other girl walked in and started to do her make up. My thought was, shouldn't you be ready when you walk into work!? Even after the lady told her I was waiting for a hair cut, twice, she continued to work on herself. SMH! I waited for the blonde lady and I'm glad I did."

Why 5 hrs later, because this was after 4 attempts of coloring my hair and “trying” to fix it."
