"Worse place to straighten your hair! And they criticize your hair. No no no!! Will not be coming back! Lady burned my hair added more products than what I had on my hair! You get what you pay for. Not happy with service."

"To be very clear, I was never impressed with the owner Connie or the place itself. I have personally witnessed the Connie being rude and unprofessional to the other stylists and customers. One of the stylist smokes very close to the building and brings the stench of cigarette smoke into the salon which can be unbearable. I live about 25 mins away from this salon and took the drive to allow one stylist, Diane, to do my hair. Diane has always been very thorough and very informative on the upkeep of managing my color treated hair. I get so many compliments on my hair and sent tons of referrals. I was sad to find out she is no longer there. #needtofinddiane"

"The Owner Connie is so unprofessional. She mistreats her staff. Cops were called just this past weekend because she doesn't know how to act. Do not go to this Salon. She's greedy lady. The work she does is outdated anyway."

"I've been a customer for over 20 years. Connie started off great, but lately something is "off". She has always charged fairly high rates, but I always convinced myself it was because "I was getting what I paid for". My opinion changed when I was speaking to another hairdresser, bragging about Connie's work, and the hairdresser pointed out a lot of areas Connie had skipped - there were blotches of undyed hair in the back, running all the way from the roots to the tips. I also noticed that she tends to leave hair behind when she waxes my face. Not acceptable for the rates she charges."
