"I scheduled a massage and facial. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to get the paid for massage and facial. I asked for a refund and at first it seemed it was gonna come through only to disappear. I reached out and informed the owner of what happened. And she said to wait 7 days I did and I did not receive my refund. She was quite rude about the whole thing. I would not go here or pre pay for anything."
