I found this place and from the time I arrived they made me feel important, they open the door for every client, the prompt and professional service was awesome, and the final touch at the register: they gave me a little present with a very friendly “Merry Christmas” They got me!! I’ll be there every week yay!"

"Been trying to give local businesses a chance than going to the mall. They’re rude and even tho they’re wrong the owners wife will argue with you. They don’t pay attention to what you say and will later say you should have explained it better. Won’t be going there again, since for the price it’s there you can go to a nicer north side place with more staff. They’re sexist so if you are taking a male you need to tell them if not they will ignore him and say it’s because “a man can’t do a man’s pedicure”"

"Worst place ever! I’ve gone 3x and each time was a different experience. I tried to give them another chance but nope it was horrible. They only have 1 nail tech and didn’t tell us. So we did our pedicures and when it was time for a nail set they didn’t have the time. But yet we walked in saying what we wanted. Don’t waste your time or money! I tried to talk to the owner and she just yelled. Kim was great but the owner does not know how to treat customers! They change everything up so it was a different experience and amount of $$ every time. Not worth the frustration or embarrassment! The owner will treat you horrible! She said I was complaining about the bill when I was asking why the service was different each time with a manicure. The first time they did a heated towel and massage like they do with a pedicure but the other 2x it was different. So the last time I asked about the massage and asked if it was a different amount of money she said ya. I asked ok how much? She said $1 a minute. They gave it to me the first time with my manicure for the $37. So I don’t know why it’s different."

"Finally stopped by and glad I did! Went as a walk-in and everyone was taken. The host at the register let me wait in a pedicure chair and get a massage. Offered refreshment and worked on my nails until a nail tech was free. The nail tech was very efficient, worked fast and did a wonderful job with cuticle aftercare and getting all the excess powder that hardens and gets stuck underneath the nail, leaving them with a clean finish."
