Alice was on her phone the whole time and I mentioned how I wanted to keep my hair long she said she couldn’t do it for the hairstyle I wanted I trusted her but asked to keep it long even if it didn’t go with my style she laughed and started cutting. She completely ignored what I asked for. She ruined my summer and it’s gonna take years to grow back, she cut off 11 inches . So unprofessional and destroyed my confidence."
