"I had been doing the home treatments like Olaplex and moved to K18 and my hair was worsening, even with me diligently following directions and recommended frequency. I had the frizziest, brittle hair that was heavy and weighed down. I went in for a trim and asked if I could get a detox shampoo and then put something to put some moisture back in my hair. I called and spoke to Iris who was kind enough to allow me to go as a walk-in. She was very attentive and gave me exactly what I asked for. She thoroughly gave me a deep cleanse and scalp scrub and then went in with a deep conditioning treatment. I went in with lifeless and unruly hair and now I seriously cannot stop touching it because it is the softest it has ever been and looks soooo healthy and shiny. Highly recommend! Glad I found this place. Iris was the friendliest and great listener. Definitely coming back!"
