"Went in for a standard medium fade, walked out with my hair buzzed with long strands of hair out of my scalp. Buzzed unevenly, i might add. The cut around my ears is uneven and haphazard as well. I work on a Sales floor and the embarrassing look I'm forced to sport doesn't help. Terrible customer service as well. Every time the lady walked by, I could smell the weed in her pocket. 0 out of 5 if I had my way. You owe me $23, and I will be in to get it. (Side note: my hair was long. Last cut was November)"

"Had a bad experience at a different Great Clips location so I was a little nervous going again this time around to get a trim. Anita greeted me & was able to seat me and start cutting my hair right away. She was so awesome & I look forward to going back with her next time. I expressed my concerns & she talked me through things to show me how she was cutting it to avoid what happened last time and even thanked me for being patient which wasn’t even a concern of mine since she was just a delight to be around & chit chat with while getting my hair cut by her. Awesome lady all the way around & I thank her so much!! I left very happy!"

"My first time at this Great Clips location. Originally went in to get my hair cut by a lady named Iris because I saw a lot of good reviews about her, but was told she no longer works there. Was greeted and welcomed by a lady named Anita. She actually ended up doing my haircut. I showed her a reference video on what haircut I was wanting. She was very thoughtfully thorough about how I wanted my hair, and gave me exactly what wanted. She even made me profile and added notes about my visit. So when I come back and if I don’t get my hair done by her again, at least the other person that ends up cutting my hair will have an idea on what I’m wanting. But Anita is the person who I will be going to for haircuts. Definitely recommend her!"
