"Whatever you do DO NOT GET EYELASH PERM!!! It was painful and when the treatment will go inside my eye it would BURN so much and I was blamed for it because I blinked too much. All while they were pressing down my eyeball. Then I was told to stop tearing up or it won’t work. How is it my fault? My eyeballs is being pressed down and the treatment is going inside? I was annoyed but I was already there with my eyelashes stuck to whatever they applied to my eyelid. Then they tell me treatment only takes 25 min. I told them I had my daughter and husband in the car so I was convinced they wouldnt take long. Took 1 HR and 45 min!! Then when I was finally going to pay they gave me a gel that telling me I must apply it every other day. I thought this was part of the kit but no they added 15 dlls to my charge for it. Infuriated because the gel super cheap anywhere else. They didn’t even offer if I wanted it they just added it because they felt like it. Then when I finally saw my eyelashes they are freaking glued to my eyelids!!! My whole family have kept asking if I chopped off my eyelashes because you can’t even see them. Ugh this was the worst experience of my life. If there is any such thing as a positive outcome from this experience it will be for you to AVOID this service at all cost!!"

"She gave me a different eyebrows , not the same length , not the same shape. She might be able to do it better if she could stop talking with her daughter when she was working on my eyebrow. Very sad, she did tint on it, it will last at least 2 weeks."

"I made an appointment in advance to have a skin care consultation with Sara. She was flexible with my schedule. When I arrived, I understood that I needed to wait a few minutes. A woman that was not Sara began putting cream on all the areas I needed treated without really explaining anything. She then attempts to thread my eyebrows without asking my permission. I told her that I was only there for a skin care consultation, so she pauses. She is chatting with her coworkers in a language that isn't Spanish or English. She begins threading my eyebrows without asking me. It's done, now they start talking about tinting my eyebrows. I'm wondering if I'll have money to pay for everything, skin care included. I tell the woman I don't want the tint, and all her coworkers chimed in that I needed it. I don't like causing a scene, and they've already made the situation uncomfortable, so she tints my brows. It's all pretty quick. I'm still "waiting" for my skin consultation...... and I finally get back there and Sara tells me her prices.... they're not what I could afford that day, so I leave with nothing that I actually wanted. It was all a scam, in my honest opinion.. and I rarely leave bad reviews because I know businesses need the money right now, and I even left the woman a good tip, but their scam is straight up deceptive."
