"Bianca and Megan are the most wonderful stylists to ever grace this planet. I’ve seen both of them multiple times and I have never left unhappy. One of my tape in extensions almost completely ripped from my scalp (my fault LOL) and Bianca was so quick to get me in to fix it. Megan did my haircuts before I started seeing Bianca since Megan unfortunately doesn’t do the type of extensions I wanted, which is perfectly fine, and I always left feeling GREAT. They are both so kind and sweet and I swear if both of them ever leave San Antonio, I too will be leaving San Antonio because after all the bad luck I’ve had at salons, I never want anyone except these two to touch my hair ever again."
"Nasrin did such an amazing balayage on my hair! I had reservations going to a salon as I hadn’t been to one in over 3 years but she put me at ease immediately and was so attentive to what I was communicating. She educated and advised me throughout the process while staying fully committed to getting my hair to what I envisioned. I left her chair confident and grateful for the experience. I will ALWAYS request Nasrin on future visits!"
"Extremely poor customer service. I went in for a haircut (first time at Ulta) and had registered for an appointment with Nasrin three days prior. I got a text and two phone calls, one with the stylist herself, confirming my appointment time. I have an infant at home so I timed my whole day around coming to this appointment to ensure she had milk while I was gone and that I could get back home to feed her as soon as I finished. When I arrived, Nasrin told me she was booked back to back and it would be at least an hour until she was available. The only thing offered to me was that I could "come back tomorrow" - Not that this is their problem, but I work a full time job and juggle several side hustles, in addition to a new baby - I definitely cannot come back tomorrow, and this was the first time in 4 months I had time to book an appointment. Why would you have a time on your schedule available for online booking if you're not actually available at that time? As a customer, I expect better. I was planning to buy several beauty products on this trip as well, but definitely did not want to buy anything after that experience. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend going here."
"updating my review: i got my hair done at the salon on the 12/16 and had a great experience with my stylist, she was super sweet and understanding… however, it turned a color i did not not expect, when trying to reach out to the location communication was not great as I was told management would get back to me and they never did…fortunately my stylist saw my initial review and reached back out to me and got me to help fix it and was super understanding of how i felt. Definitely will be returning for her, just wish communication was better, but other than that i had a great experience :)"
"Was excited to get a new moisturizer today, brought my little sister & boyfriend. Was doing fine was asked if we needed help by 3 different people & all was fine. That is until one particular associate asked us about 4 ish times. This was throughout the course of our time inside since of course I love ulta & love browsing. Essentially following us around ( which I know sometimes is necessary but I had the products I was buying visible in my hand). That being said the last time that associate asked us if we needed help she made a face while I was trying on a tester. Like an actual scowl, which caught us all off guard because we were just disinfecting the testers & trying them. I was kind of taken aback so I just told them that we should leave since it was obviously an issue being there. The cashier was great though, but overall I’m sad that I won’t be shopping at this location anymore . Maybe it was because she was in the high end area or because we were just browsing throughout the whole store, but all I needed was moisturizer & I got not only that but a bad experience as well."
