"Kiki got my hair looking great super quick, not to mention you can’t beat the price! I will definitely be coming back to her"
"I needed a fresh haircut. Annette took great care of me. She went over the notes of my usual haircut. I wanted to try something different. I had a few pictures of what I was thinking about and she had no problem making it happen for me. She said it's called an Undercut. I took a shower at home and added some product to keep everything together. I turned a few heads at work. I'll let the top grow a bit longer just to see what happens."
"Been going here for 6 months now and I've had a great cut each time. Annette, Arissa, Anna, and Kiki have all cut my hair. The fade in the photo is by Kiki. She did such a great job I think she's earned a vacation. Hint hint manager. Great job Great Clips."
"My sons haircut came out good. The location is clean and tidy, however, the wait and overall experience was ridiculous. The app texted me to say that I should walk in and I should be helped soon, and said it was about a 15 min wait. So I walked in and sat down. The young lady at the counter did not greet, but merely asked “ did you check in” and she proceeded to do the same to anyone who walked in, and seemed to enjoy telling people that because they didn’t check in, they couldn’t be seen. Understandably, if this is the case, she could have at least greeted each customer and welcomed them, before “ Did you check in” As we waited to be called, one woman was helping the other with a customer, and so we watched as the only 2 stylists working tended to 1 customer. My son was not called to seated until 30 mins later & after I was asked what style of haircut he would like, The woman draped his neck and walked back to help the only other person who was working to cut hair on the same customer that was being worked on when we walked in and waited.. but she never apologized as my son sat waiting to be tended to. I feel as though we waited long enough. 8 minutes later, she finally came back to my son to finish his haircut. No apologies for the wait. The woman did a good job, but could have excused herself with an apology, or, if she couldn’t cut my sons hair because she still needed to help with the other haircut that had been in process, she shouldn’t have sat my son down..I honestly would have gotten up to walk out, but my son starts school soon and I work long, odd hrs. I made time for this haircut. I don’t like being rude, so I did leave a tip, for the work done by the stylist, but her lack of communication and courtesy could use some work."
