"Super friendly and kind staff! Kim did my nails, and was such a pleasure to speak and work with! She did amazing, and was willing to do crazy designs."
"I went today 02/27/23 this is my third time going. Last time was about two weeks ago and I got a mani only gel. It started to peel off by the 3 day. I went again today to give it another shot since the location is so convenient (only 2min from my house). I got both a Mani and pedi. Pedi seems to look good. But my hands are a different story. As I was getting them done the lady was cleaning the excess polish around my nail with her nail. Afterwards there were a couple nails that just looked bad. But really it seemed like all of them had something wrong. Pictures for reference. I would have brought it to her attention but she had seemed to be bothered when I told her about the first couple nails. And tried to say it was that my hands were dry. Which yes I have dry hands. But I don’t see what my dry hands have to do with my nails."
"First time coming & definitely the last. Nice ladies, great massages. My pedicure was on point, but my manicure? I asked if she knew how to do ombre and I really wish she had been honest & said no. I chose pink on the top part of my nail & white on the bottom but it wasn't blended correctly. She would dip the white part instead of hitting the brush over my nail like most manicurist do. I always choose dip for my nails and have never seen the process be so clumpy."
"Update: STILL AMAZING!! GOSH SO BLESSED IN MY CITY!! This goes for not only the customer service and kind women that work at this salon. And I love how gentle they are with my nails and pay attention to detail THANK YOU! I've been to this nail salon a few times and this time I ended up bringing my sister to get her nails or her birthday and I wanted it to be special! The nail salon employees and nail techs made it just that and I was so appreciative and tonight at the end they gave us each Christmas gift and I did see they were giving it to every client that came in. That was so sweet! I have to say that I like the nail techs I've had. They see there's an error, they fix it on their own and you don't have to really mention it. I also like that there communicative by asking you if it looks okay as you're getting your nails as far as a shape and size and color. I ended up getting a pedicure because I felt so comfortable and welcomed. They take time to make sure that you feel pampered."
"I had to come back and edit my review! My first visit was with Kim and I was so pleased with the job she did. Try to schedule with her if you can! (Purple nails done by her) I’ve returned two more times and will not be returning. After my last visit my gel manicure started chipping 2 days later! Actually before I even left that day I had to have the technician fix sides of my nails where clumps of gel polish were stuck to my fingers."
