"I’m visiting from Austin and I booked an appointment for today with Erica for a new tint service, which said $100. Nowhere on my booking does it say ‘roots only.’ When I got to the appointment, she asked if I wanted to just do my roots, and I told her I wanted to go darker all over, not just the roots because my hair had faded from a previous service back in August at my usual salon. Roots only would have looked odd, so she did all over color (dark brown) like I asked. I blow dried my own hair after it was colored and washed because that’s an extra $40, but at no point did she tell me all over color would actually be $150, yet that was the charge when I went to check out. I asked if this was a mistake because nothing was said about all over color costing more than the $100 price listed from when I booked the service. I feel like this is very deceptive and I opted to not leave a tip because the service was a birthday gift and I already felt like $150 was too much for an all over solid color service (nothing fancy) when I can go to my usual stylist in Austin and pay $90 for all over color, upfront and no hidden fees. I do not recommend this salon and will not be back. Pricing should be transparent from the get go and I feel like this wasn’t the case."

"All of the owners and staff are very friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. Karlie has been cutting my hair, doing treatments and doing my blowout’s for the past 3 years. She is extremely knowledgeable the very best! Christie has been doing my color for the past 3 years and does a great job and listens to me and understands exactly what I want! The best color always! If you want extensions Gabe is knowledgeable and can give you the best possible installation of anyone I’ve ever gone too! Overall the best salon I have ever been to in my life! First class treatment and service by all who work there!! Thank you!!"
