"I placed an online order for pick up in store. Before I could go there and pick up my order, I received an email stating my order was already picked up. So I reached out Ulta Customer Service via chat and they assured me that I would get a call from the store which I did. I received a call and voicemail from Noel stating my order will be there for me to pick it up. Great! Two days later before heading out to pick my order I called the store to make sure my order was there. Noel was not there but the person I spoke to said my order was ready for pick up. I picked up my order and I completely forgot to check before leaving the store as I was in a rush. Once I got home I realized the items I received were incorrect. There was no tag or receipt on my bag which I assumed was because my original order was already given to incorrect customer. So I had to contact the customer service again and at this point I just wanted to get a refund which I tried to do the 1st time but was told they can't do it online and I had to go to the store. This time magically they were able to refund me. So basically, they inconvenienced 3 different customers by failing to their job and checking names before releasing orders. Their entire staff needs to be retrained as they are seriously failing to meet Ulta service standards."
