"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I walked in and not a single one of the workers said hi or acknowledged me. I asked if they took walk ins or if I needed a appointment and nothing. This should have been my signal to leave. I waited for almost an hour, when a “stylist” was free she signaled a guy over that had only been there for 10 minutes. When I questioned her about it she said “I thought you wanted someone else” and instead of acknowledging the mistake and letting me go next she just turned around and started cutting the guys hair. No one said anything when I asked for a manager. I highly recommend not stopping by this business!"
