"The big dude cut my hair and hollyyyy. He was cutting stuff I didn’t even tell him to and had my back turned so I couldn’t even see. He didn’t know how to properly section my hair. He didn’t ask any questions of how much to cut or anything. He jus did his own thing. I will never ever come her again."

"The lady name Salina did my hair cut. Her treatment was HORRIBLE. First of all, While she cut my hair, My head was facing the doorway, then I told her, can you please cut my hair with my head facing the mirror ? She said No; She kept Refusing to cut my hair with my face looking at the Mirror. I am thinking it’s because She don’t want to be corrected for her mistakes. She did my Haircut in 5 Minutes like She is in a RUSH and Hurry. She had a BAD Attitude. I did not see her name on Certification. I Would not recommend this Salon at All. Horrible place for Men’s Haircut."

"I’m so sad to say worst of 2nd experience with this salon. I have been a long time customer and I’m so heartbroken to say I haven’t been here in two years and I decided to go for a new hair color and new look and I took my child as well. I asked for a specific color and came out with a total different hair color and I understand that the process of the hair color is not going to be the same but if you know you cannot do a similar color why do it and charge a crazy amount of money for a haircut and color. She charged me $300 for me and my son and and we both got botched haircut and color. So guess what no refund but she did say to come back so she can fix it, I come from a 30 min drive to Irving and for her to tell me to come back waste my time and gas money no way. To the owner I’m so sad that you charge that crazy amount and at the end to get a bad job done please be considerate of peoples time and money especially in this pandemic."
