"I really liked coming here for the past 3 years and when the lady messed up my childs hair all i would have expected was for her to fix it. I was told to come another day and i demanded they fix it then and there. My child waited over an hour for them to fix it claiming it was our fault we didnt see the errors in the cut. They are trashy, ignorant and do not care for customer service. Go ahead and go spend your money just for them to mess up and blame it on you. The owner brags she has a full house but i dont know how long thatll last with the way she treats her clients."
