"I always got a haircut at this place and never had this kind of horrible experience before. Last Friday, I scheduled an appointment to get my haircut. I was assigned to Kayla, and I told her I wanted to wash my hair as well. She only used shampoo once, not even washing it thoroughly and rinsing it( my hair was so greasy that I had to wash it again after I got home). While she was cutting my hair, Maria (the staff) came and asked if she was almost done with my hair, and she was mad and told Maria that I have a lot of hair. First of all, I know I have a lot of hair, but no other barber spent more than an hour cutting my hair. She cuts my hair way too short, but at that point, I don't even want to complain anymore. I asked her if she could blow dry and style, and she signed. That was very unprofessional and rude! After that, I lost my patience as well, and I decided to just blow dry. She was done after blow-drying it for like 5 minutes (my hair was not completely dry), and I still have to pay full prices for washing and blow-drying. I even tip her $10, even though I am not happy with the result, her attitude, or the way she treats me. That was a horrible experience I encountered."

"My first time ever at a SuperCuts. Went in as a walk-in; was immediately pleasantly greeted by Tiwanna. She promptly and proficiently cut my hair, taking extra care to get it the length I had in mind. She also gave me a Tea Tree Shampoo treatment. Shout-out to Tiwanna!"

"I would NOT recommend this place. The woman named Alex was rude and lost all interest in helping me once she realized I was not buying shampoo. Within 5 minutes, she’d cut my hair dry, straight across, and several inches too short. I lost more than 6 inches of hair, and am going to lose more correcting her mistake. It’s beyond uneven, what a horrible experience. Literally go anywhere else, or WITH anyone else."

"I have been in this stop several times and always have a good experience. Sadly I really don’t know why they have a high turnover because it’s really hard to see the same person twice . Always new faces but besides that every time I have been there the staff does what is asked and I leave pretty happy with the cut ."
