"Stopped by to retrieve my diamond gift of Clinique foundation before it expired. Not enough staff at this location. I needed some help selecting the right color since I am new to makeup. No one tended to the floor, all staff seemed to be at check out and that was three staff. I was able to call up my daughter so she could help me out. No wipes to clean off makeup. The security guard was nice and helped me find at least a mini sponge to use as a wipe cloth. The store was a little cluttered with items in the walkway. The wait in line was less than 10 minutes and the young lady who checked me out was super nice. Overall, I am happy I was able to get my gift before it expired along with a few other things."

"This was likely my first and last visit. It appears that many of the items I came for were out of stock. Additionally, though I understand the need for security, I felt uncomfortable with security guards consistently staring at me. It seemed like they were following me throughout the store, yet when I needed assistance with a product, no one was available. SMH."

"Literally probably the rudest experience I’ve had in a store. My husband and I were looking at shampoo- the whole product line. My toddler was holding one two of the bottles from the shelf right next to us. One of the employees rudely comes up next to us and says “are you gona buy that, he needs to put that down and should not be playing, put it down.” I said we are looking at these and she gave me a dirty look and walked away. It would be one thing if I had a wild toddler who was throwing stuff or breaking stuff or was even running wild. He was not doing any of that. He was just standing right next to us looking at the same stuff we were. I was very shocked at how rude she was."

"Highly disorganized and slow customer service. Came in last Friday on 12/15 to purchase an order for an item I wanted for Christmas, but was told by the manager that they did not have it in the store. I then made a purchase in the store to have it shipped to my house in time for Christmas. Before I left I had asked the cashier for a receipt or form of confirmation, and was told it would be emailed to me. Waited for 2 days and never received an email, so I went in person again and they told me that it was ordered but that I would need to call customer service. I had got on the phone with customer service, and they had let me know that the order never even went through and that I will receive a refund in the next 3-5 business days. I’m highly upset and wish they had let me know this when I came in-person again, since I wanted to receive this gift in time for Christmas. I had made sure to go a whole week in advance to get it in time and now I have to figure out another option last minute. I understand things happen and service can get a little hectic during the holidays, but this is the second time I’ve had problems with their service. I hope they take this into account when it comes to their customers in the future and improve."
