"Terrible place to go and get a haircut, employees there you tell them how you want your haircut and they do not follow your advice. The owner is a total lazy woman, she is always taking days off and never available when you need a haircut. Some of them don’t even understand English which makes things worse for them to do the job right. It is a bad and ugly review for the people that started this franchise, you sell them to a very irresponsible people and they do whatever hell they want with it. THE WORSE PLACE TO GET A HAIRCUT!"

"After reading the reviews, all of them were good except for two and both were about an Asian lady that had messed their hair up so they bashed her saying she can't cut hair and doesn't understanding English, etc. Well, I was a walk-in at around 6:30pm. Two people were in there, the lady cutting hair and the guy getting his haircut. The lady was Asian and she told me that she would cut my hair next. I was a little worried because of reading the reviews because she was the one the two bad reviews were about. She finished and called me over to the chair, I told her what I wanted and she nodded and started. We struck up a conversation and she was very nice, she seemed intelligent and had a pleasant nature about her. She cut my hair exactly like I wanted it. It was perfect! I joked with her about cutting it properly and that I was worried at first telling her about the reviews and she just smiled. She told me sometimes when I see them walk in the door, I can tell exactly the haircut they want. This may have been one of those times. I tipped her well because she did a great job, she was pleasantly cordial and I appreciate that. I will be back. Thank you."

"I called but haven’t yet to visit. But they are so patient. I explain my friend girl situation that’s going on with her hair. The woman that answered the phone answered every questioned . I look forward to talking my friend girl when time allows me… it’ll be soon"

"I told her straight across cut and she started layering my hair. Stopped her… are you layering? “Yes” she said. I told her again no layers, straight across ( a bob) and she kept on. Chopped my hair to hell. Had to get another haircutter to even it out. Was told “ she is new and doesn’t speak English “ !!! And “ she confused straight with layers”. ??? What ?? Awful awful awful! She apologized in English just fine. Doesn’t fix the haircut as it’s awful and super short now. Older Asian woman, maybe 50.. wears glasses… first chair to the left as you walk in. I’ll never go in there again. Awful and doesn’t deserve 1 star. It’s going to take a year for my hair to begin to grow out for a bob."
