"I absolutely love to shop for skincare, haircare, and makeup so I go to this Ulta quite often. The customer service is great. They always check in you every few minutes and I love how they have their sales in the front of the store all the time! The place is often kept clean and nice. The only thing I dislike about this Ulta is they are often out of stock of the things I personally want but there is another good location in midlothian. Overall this Ulta is definitely great and has great customer service! So if you are looking for some new makeup things I would definitely recommend this Ulta!"

"I recently had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Unfortunately, they made a mistake with my hair and when I asked for a refund, I was declined. To make matters worse, they asked me to accommodate their availability to get it fixed. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was very unprofessional. I would not recommend spending your money here. Update: was told by Emma the general manager who seem to throw her title around that I could come in for a refund. I asked what day she said Friday or Saturday after one. I said okay I’ll go either day she then said I have many Interviews on Friday come Saturday after 1. Here we are Saturday and I was informed she was off today. But that they can issue the refund. So why was I told to come see her at a certain time if she 1. Wouldn’t be there and 2. Anyone could process the refund. To Emma who lack empathy and professionalism it literally cost nothing to be kind."
