"On February 29, I visited this location for nail service which I brought my own nail polish (Chanel Polish). Vivian was my nail Technician. It started off ok, until I paid before my service was complete, per my technician. Once I paid, she then informed me that she had to pick up her son and began to rush the service. Being that it was a regular nail polish it took longer to dry, therefore, I was unable to detect the length of my nails and move my hands around to see if I liked the length and overall finishing. Once they were dry, I noticed that they were too long and I wanted them cut, but the nail tech had already left. Fast forward to today, I went back to get them cut down because I was not happy with the length . Once I was there and notified the receptionist (didn’t get her name but she had blonde highlights) that I was here last night and just want to get my nails cut down she informed me that she would have to charge $10. Then she informed that I would have to wait for the same nail tech and that would take 20 minutes. After waiting 20 plus minutes, I was now with Vivian. The nasty receptionist approach me with an attitude and stated that they would now have to charge to repaint my nails, which wasn’t what I asked for. At this time , Vivian was with now attitude too. She started to be aggressive with the way she was handling my hands and slinging them as she worked on them. Finally, she cut them down and then said “done!” I sat there for a moment and examined my nails. She walked off in a rude way. They were crooked and uneven. I asked her to fix and she stated it will mess up if she files too much which I know they wouldn’t because a couple of the nails turned out just fine. The nail tech did not want to fix nails because of her pride. I never came into the salon with a bad attitude or negativity. I loved the color of my nails (the Chanel nail polish was a gift and I was excited to use), I paid good money for the service and tipped for a service I should be happy with. I simply wanted a nice cut down/file. The nail salon menu states satisfaction guaranteed within a week, so for it not to have been a full 24 hours and I was treated this way was unacceptable! I would like to speak to actual management and not people pretending to be in charge. This was my first time back in a couple years. The customer service and management was never the horrible and unprofessional."
