"Hi, I got my nails done on Saturday (dip) and I wanted to show the quality of my nails. The manager/boss (lady) did my manicure and she did HORRIBLE. She threw her dirty towel on my legs and left them there for the whole appointment, she left multiple times to go walk around the store, she was rough and aggressive with me, pulled on my rings, and cut my skin multiple times. I am attaching a photo to show how many times she cut me. My fingers were bleeding and swollen. This is unacceptable. I would have rather waited longer so an actual nail tech could have done my nails, but she just (literally) grabbed my hands and pulled on them to work on them. I won't be back because of her! She didn't even apologize!"
