"I am so disappointed in the level of customer service for this establishment. I had been a loyal customer for at least 3 months (even brought my teenage daughter). I had a 1:30pm scheduled appointment and received a text from the lash tech at 11:50am asking if I could come earlier (which seemed to happen often) at 12:15pm instead of 1pm. I replied to advise that I would come & get there as quickly as possible (20 minute drive from my home). I rushed to get ready and dashed out & made it at 12:25pm. During my drive, I had received 3 rudely composed text messages regarding my ETA. When I arrived, the lash tech/owner began to argue w/me stating that if I knew that I wouldn’t make it there in time (new requested time), that I should’ve advised. I replied & stated that I made it as quickly as possible, having been unprepared to do so. She continued to argue & stated that she rearranged a client based on me arriving at the new requested time. I have never experienced such rude, disrespectful, & hate from an establishment from which I have patronized and been a loyal customer/client. Please keep this in mind when booking w/this studio because what I experienced was pure disrespect & disregard. Fortunately, I was able to find an alternative option (new lash tech/studio) that knows how to treat loyal clients who patronize their business."

"I absolutely recommend Ann. I've been having my lashes done by different people in the past, and none of them have done as good of a job as her. She is the sweetest person and her lashes are the best. They are lightweight, comfortable, and they stay on for so long. I started with the volume set, which were beautiful, but I went down to hybrid because I wanted something more "Narural". Again she did an amazing job."
