"Isabella is my favorite. The owner will sit in the back and let people wait for a haircut rather than helping out. The "no wait" sign is always on. Don't be fooled. It is never turned off. 6/2022 update: the "no wait" sign was actually turned off today! Perhaps they have changed policy or maybe just forgot to turn it on today. I hope it's the former. 7/23 update' "no wait" sign is perpetually on."
