"I had so many bad experiences with the pharmacy that I moved my business to the Jackson Street location. On more than one time I received an alert my medication was ready, went and sat in the agonizing long line in the pharmacy drive through for them to tell me it "wasn't ready yet"? What? Why? In addition, half the time they didn't have it and I would have to wait for days for them to get it in. Unfortunately, on top of this the final straw was I got really sick and my doc sent in the prescription by fax. I waited a few hours, went up there to get it and they told me it wasn't ready yet and could I come back in an hour. When you are sick and feel like deaths door, no I do not want to come back in an hour! I want it now. This happened way too many times to be a "busy" issue-this is an incompetent staff and management issue. I have not had any issues since I moved it to the other Walgreens."

"Worst ever pharmacy in Texas I must say. After 4 phone calls and 9 hours of wait the medicine was still not ready. There are people waiting in the lines for at least 25 minutes each. Staff pretend to be heck busy but nobody’s orders are ready ever in time. Need to close this location if they can’t provide even average services."

"If you have a medication that your life depends on, don't send it here. Every time I refill my son's epilepsy medication, I have to come back no less than 3-4 separate times before it's ready! Today I had to get with the pharmacist and ask him as a pharmacist does he understand that epilepsy meds cannot be missed? He then offered to fill it on the spot after he gave me 1000 excuses why it wasn't ready for the 3rd time. This is all after you sit in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes!!"

"Incompetently ran company. Complacent employees. Non-existent customer service. Long lines at the pharmacy. Doesn’t contact customers if there is an issue with filling a prescription or needing insurance information. Doesn’t acknowledge customers who have been waiting excessively. Nearby competitors do not have these issues. Employee’s shouldn’t lie to customers. Don’t tell me medications will be ready for pickup, when you know in advance that you don’t have it in stock. Don’t tell customers that a prescription is ready at another location WHEN IT IS NOT READY. Incompetent is too kind for this company. The way you treat customers is cruel."

"The pharmacist and the staff are not efficient or dedicated in helping patients. They gave me the wrong accu-chek lancet after waiting there for 55 minutes just to get my accu-chek testing kit."
