"Went there this morning around 10:00 as a “walk in” (first time visit) and was advised no barber was available but one would be there at 11:00. I confirmed with the lady at the desk I would return. She was very friendly and professional. I returned at 10:50 and waited; at 11:00 I was advised the barber was a bit late but would be there by 11:10. At 11:15 I could not wait any longer and departed. Interesting way to run a business. Even though they had my contact information including phone number, there was no follow up contact or apology. Interesting way to run a business!"
