"I’ve been coming to this salon for the past 6 months, and previously a couple of years before when I wore my hair natural. Lashunda styled my hair then. She and Renae are super friendly. They’re both so patient and caring every time I’ve been there. They’ve gone out of their way to help me make decisions on how I wanted my hair styled, anywhere from showing me photos to explaining what my style could look like. These ladies are wonderful and personable. The atmosphere is always fun, great music, clean areas. Just a great place."

"today is my last time coming here. i rarely come but when i do its for a haircut. i get a haircut with the manager lashunda and the energy was just horrible.she complained throughout the entire service about the fact that my hair is thick & curly and i normally have it blowdried , but today i did not have time to blowdry it so i just had her cut it in it’s natural state since im ONLY cutting of the colored hair, due to the fact that im starting a healthier hair growth journey. i understand having it blown out would of had accurate results but i didn’t have time nor did i want to expose my hair to heat, so if i did decide to straighten it and its uneven i wouldnt mind cutting it to shape it anyway since i dont come to salons often. she keeps complaining about the fact that it wasn’t blown out and telling me my hair is matted, which it wasnt . overall energy was rude, unprofessional, and dont seem to listen at all when conversating so i wont be back anymore. also if u going thru stuff that may have any effect on the energy and attitude u may bring to work the u should not be dealing with the public and stay home ."

"Bookings are not guaranteed. I booked for my roots to be done with Trinity and was turned away immediately when I got there as she "didn't have time" and was "leaving soon" despite her schedule and me booking not just walking in. She tried asking another random salon member to cover for her, (uncomfortable) but was also busy. Nobody bothered to call me either so I drove all the way to be told this several hrs later. Very upset; just go to a REAL salon."
